Exerpt from "Our Book"

"So this book will start when two people met and this meeting hurtled them into a journey together that spanned countries and continents, lives within lives and realities within realities and forever changed their view of the world and the Universe.

He, Paul, was single. A gym instructor, demi-chef, aware of spirit after an abrupt spiritual awakening (that is a whole other story and won 't be told here) and on his way to America to train with the big boys of bodybuilding. So certain that after success in many Australian competitions, this was where his future lay. Even though the tickets had been paid for and his bags were packed, a nagging doubt about the trip pervaded his mind.
Paul was 25.

She, Phoebe, was in the middle of a divorce, her choice, with four children to consider. For years she suppressed her spiritual side and meditated secretly. The need to regain fitness many years after the births led her to gym workouts and then to studying and eventually working as a fitness trainer. A job offer to manage another gym was being seriously considered.
Was staying in the gym she had just started at the way to go?
The fitness centre Phoebe was working in was an instructor short, he had been injured and gone home for a few weeks and management was hoping a female instructor would bring women into that (in those days) male dominated arena. Nagging doubts were plaguing her thoughts also.
Phoebe was 37."

The year was 1986 and they both knew that a big change was in the wind, their dreams, instincts and certain dramatic events told them so. They thought they knew which way the wind was to blow!!!

Paul is a qualified and practising Acupuncturist and a bone and jade carver; Phoebe is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. They have worked together for 19 years in their own clinics in South Australia and now "Mauri Natural Therapy" in Northern N.S.W. Australia.

Their intent is to share the journey that spirit set them on all those years ago so that it may help others to have the courage to follow their own instincts and inner knowing. Therefore becoming more of who they are truly meant to be in this time of uncertainty and change, with hope, intent, clarity and loads of fun. It has led them to powerful places; extraordinary people and some amazing adventures/happenings all over the planet.

To date six of the stones have been put in place, the first in New Zealands South Island in June 2004 and the second in a sacred lake high in the Andes Mts of Peru in June 2005. The third went to Tibet and into Lake Manasarovar, one of the most sacred Lakes in Tibet, near Mt Kailash in September 2005. The fourth went to “The Place of Refuge” on the Kona coast Hawaii, June 2006 and the fifth went to the Anangu people of Pitjantjatjara Lands Central Australia in September 2006. The sixth went to the lands of the Lacandon Maya Mexico in January 2007. The seventh goes to Mali and the lands of the Dogon, West Africa, November 2007.
